The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 47.11 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 44.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.34 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.20 per cent at Rs 680.15 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 580.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.29 per cent to Rs 616.28 crore from Rs 516.62 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 131.90 per cent at Rs 10.76 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.64 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 0.22 per cent to Rs 63.87 crore as against Rs 63.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.48 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 50.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.86 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.39 per cent at Rs 16.43 crore (Sep'24 Rs 15.59 crore).
