Prakash is an accomplished Chartered Accountant from the 1987 batch of the prestigious ICAI, boasting over three decades of invaluable experience in the dynamic Capital Market. Prakash's expertise extends beyond the corporate realm; he has made significant contributions as a member of the SEBI Committee on Derivatives. Moreover, his seasoned leadership has played a pivotal role in his directorship on the boards of Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, Central Depository Services (India) Limited, and BOI Shareholding Limited, a subsidiary of the Bank of India. During his tenure as Director at BSE Limited, he also served as a member of the Audit Committee. He is currently a member of the Advisory Committee of the NSE and serves as a Director on the Board of West Coast Paper Mills Ltd.

Nirav spearheads Emkay's Institutional Equities vertical, as its CEO. In a career of more than 25-years, Nirav has held several leadership positions across capital markets and financial services industry. His most recent position was as the Head of Institutional Equities at SBI Capital Securities.

Before joining SBI, Nirav worked with Edelweiss as Head of Sales and subsequently as the Head of Research & Strategy. His experience in the industry is across a wide range of areas including Corporate Access, Research and Portfolio Management among others.

In one of his previous assignments, Nirav was in charge of the PMS Equity Investment team at ICICI Prudential as Head of Portfolio Management, directly managing assets over 12 bn INR.

Nirav comes with a strong research background and is acclaimed for his capabilities at expanding business and enhancing corporate access.

Seshadri brings over thirty years of experience in equity research, primarily on the sell-side, with notable involvement on the buy-side as well. His extensive career as a BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) analyst spanned two decades, encompassing almost nine years at JP Morgan, alongside positions at Macquarie Capital and SocGen (SG Asia). Throughout this period, his expertise was acknowledged in polls conducted by Institutional Investor, Asiamoney, and Starmine.
In his most recent role as Head of Research at Alchemy Capital Management, Seshadri built the research department from ground-up. Collaborating closely with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), he played a pivotal role in stock selection, portfolio construction, and refining valuation metrics. Additionally, he held the position of a fund manager at ICICI Pru AMC during the early 2000s.

Manish Sonthalia serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Emkay Investment Managers Ltd. He has over 3 decades of exhaustive experience in equity fund management and research covering Indian Markets.

A commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, Manish is also a member of The Institute of Cost and Works Account of India, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has completed his MBA in Finance from IISWBM. His research paper on Indian Markets ‘A Rising Consumer Class', was published by the Global World Economic Forum in 2010. His views are frequently sought by leading Media channels in India as well as globally.
