To consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025.\r\n\r\nThe Board considered and approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September,2025, along with the Limited Review Report thereon, as recommended by the Audit Committee.\r\n\r\nThe said financial results along with the Limited Review Report will be submitted to the Stock Exchanges where the equity shares of the Company are listed, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\n\r\n
