The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.07 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 67.78 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.07 per cent at Rs 312.68 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 363.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 11.21 per cent to Rs 296.53 crore from Rs 333.98 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 75.68 per cent at Rs 3.90 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.22 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 45.97 per cent to Rs 16.15 crore as against Rs 29.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 37.03 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 3.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.25 crore, while Taxation decreased by 85.00 per cent at Rs 0.63 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.20 crore).
