The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 20.92 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 42.31 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.45 per cent at Rs 61.65 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 35.20 per cent to Rs 44.25 crore from Rs 32.73 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 64.40 per cent at Rs 7.25 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.41 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 19.53 per cent to Rs 17.39 crore as against Rs 21.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.04 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 18.24 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 42.40 per cent at Rs 7.12 crore (Sep'24 Rs 5.00 crore).
