The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.86 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 33.33 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose by 0.60 per cent at Rs 18.53 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.35 per cent to Rs 15.15 crore from Rs 14.38 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 61.88 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.02 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 16.58 per cent to Rs 3.37 crore as against Rs 4.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.01 per cent in September quarter.
Taxation decreased by 31.97 per cent at Rs 1.00 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.47 crore).
