The meeting will be held at the registered office of the Company situated at 2nd Floor, 19 Parsi Panchayat Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400069. Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results.
