The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.15 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.71 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.79 per cent at Rs 160.82 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 133.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.38 per cent to Rs 148.89 crore from Rs 123.68 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 29.47 per cent at Rs 0.67 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.95 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 26.11 per cent to Rs 11.93 crore as against Rs 9.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.51 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 117.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.59 crore, while Taxation increased by 1.49 per cent at Rs 2.04 crore (Sep'24 Rs 2.01 crore).
