The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.79 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 4.82 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.10 per cent at Rs 34.45 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 33.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.40 per cent to Rs 31.60 crore from Rs 29.70 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 169.23 per cent at Rs 0.70 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.26 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 29.46 per cent to Rs 2.85 crore as against Rs 4.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 30.91 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 1.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.65 crore, while Taxation decreased by 69.79 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.96 crore).
