Voltamp Transformers Ltd has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth approximately Rs 149 crore (inclusive of GST) from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) for the supply of various ratings of power transformers.
According to the company’s filing under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the order involves the design, manufacture, testing, and supply of transformers as per GETCO’s tender specifications. The contract is expected to be executed within six months.
The order has been awarded by a domestic entity, and neither the company’s promoters nor group companies have any interest in GETCO. Voltamp also confirmed that the order does not fall under related party transactions.
