The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.48 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 9.71 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.65 per cent at Rs 209.76 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 191.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.18 per cent to Rs 170.65 crore from Rs 157.74 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 30.36 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.56 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 16.50 per cent to Rs 39.11 crore as against Rs 33.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.27 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 19.66 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.20 crore, while Taxation increased by 16.41 per cent at Rs 5.32 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.57 crore).
