The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.09 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 57.14 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.02 per cent at Rs 51.62 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.36 per cent to Rs 47.45 crore from Rs 40.09 crore in year ago period.
Operating Profit surged by 42.81 per cent to Rs 4.17 crore as against Rs 2.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 19.03 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 9.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.40 crore, while Taxation increased by 75.56 per cent at Rs 0.79 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.45 crore).
