The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.51 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 205.22 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.99 per cent at Rs 24.50 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.38 per cent to Rs 20.88 crore from Rs 21.61 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 12400.00 per cent at Rs 1.25 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.01 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 85.64 per cent to Rs 3.62 crore as against Rs 1.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 78.38 per cent in September quarter.
Taxation increased by 155.56 per cent at Rs 1.15 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.45 crore).
