The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 90.17 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.72 per cent at Rs 5.76 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 6.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.49 per cent to Rs 4.95 crore from Rs 5.53 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 88.89 per cent at Rs 0.35 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.15 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 5.19 per cent to Rs 0.81 crore as against Rs 0.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.11 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 11.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.39 crore, while Taxation decreased by 91.43 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.70 crore).
