The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.25 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.53 crore in the previous year quarter.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 25.59 per cent at Rs 66.69 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 89.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 25.92 per cent to Rs 65.60 crore from Rs 88.55 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 8.08 per cent at Rs 4.28 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.96 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 1.85 per cent to Rs 1.10 crore as against Rs 1.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 37.50 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 24.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.67 crore, while Taxation increased by 234.48 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore (Jun'24 Rs -0.29 crore).
